Daily Care
Daily care is important because it keeps your body clean, healthy, and protected from germs. It helps you feel fresh and prevents common health issues!
General Tips
Wash your face and hands: After you use the restroom or before you eat, and make sure to shower as needed to maintain good hygiene.
Brush teeth and floss daily: twice a day!
Stay hydrated (drink water!): roughly 6-8 glasses of water is enough!
Get enough sleep: Generally, aim for 8-10 hours of uninterrupted sleep to support growth, brain development, and overall health.

General Exercises
Doing daily exercise is important because it keeps your heart, muscles, and bones strong while improving your overall physical health. It also boosts your mood, gives you more energy throughout the day, helps you focus better on schoolwork, and helps you get a better night's sleep.
Some simple exercises include:
Walking/Jogging for ~30 minutes daily
Daily Stretching for ~5-10 minutes daily

Eating Habits
Good eating habits are important because they give your body the essential nutrients, vitamins, and energy it needs to grow, think clearly, and fight off illness. Eating right also helps keep your body weight steady and lowers the risk of health issues later in life.
Some eating tips include
Eat Slowly
Limit Added Sugars and Processed Snacks
Eat Vegetables and Protein
Prioritize Whole Grains for Longer-Lasting Energy
